A coffee-shop. Budapest. Waiters. Guests. In their twenties and their thirties. The crème de la crème of Budapest. We know everyone. Everyone but each other. This is our time. The age of everyday unhappinesses. We expect miracles. If only someone or something would come. Instead of us. Now both come. The waiter, our protagonist is charmed by a fabulous breeze. And, as always happens, something changes in the Coffee-shop. Another protagonist appears on the waiter’s side: a sweet-and-sour culinary poem, our very national pride, with chocolate sauce and whipped cream: the Somlói Dumplings.
The rest is just song and dance.A short Pest film-tale told in 15 minutes.
