“People must be prepared for the unexpected if they don’t want to lose their scalps” Péter, the film’s hero tries his best to keep to the advice of James Fenimore Cooper but life constantly turns out to be full of surprises. Péter tries in vain to follow the moral code of the Great Indian Book because things happen differently in real life. All his illusions and dreams are destroyed in the obstacle course of life. There is treachery and deception in the story, all in the name of friendship and comradery while Péter tries to reach Eldorado and put off the inevitable for a few hours adulthood.
