STÚDIÓ From the dust of pebbles and stones the visions of a pregnant women flood forth and float by represented by moving sand pictures with constant associations. The wind blows around unopened letters which whole lives swell the explode sweeping everything away. Of Ferenc Cakó's animated films, his sand animations have met the greatest international success. Out of this art genre, the artist has developed a sand painting type of sand painting performance. The performance concerns figurative drawing/painting with sand to the sound of music, projected on a film screen. This production is unique in the world, a special performance that Ferenc Cakó performs at great social events, festival opening ceremonies, world fairs, theatre and opera performances together with symphonic orchestras or from CD. The performance is shown all around the world, from Berlin and Lisbon to Tel Aviv and Strassburg, and it always meets great success.
