It also relates to a big exhibition that opened at the Hungarian National Gallery on this occasion. We can see paintings and documents related to the painter’s life, we hear excerpts of professional opinions about his work, but we also witness his personal life. Rippl-Rónai’s Memoirs from 1910 and letters written from different places and to different people are quoted. These are more than interesting bits and pieces of memories: they answer questions regarding his way of life.
