Dániel Béres
Born in 1975 in Budapest. Graduated from the Eötvös Loránd University of Budapest in 2001. He has directed 3 documentaries and a short film entitled
Pater-noster
, which was screening at several international film festivals throughout the world. He was a participant of the
3rd Berlinale Talent Campus
as a director in 2005. His short film script
Mortar
, was selected for the summer campus of the
Berlin Today Award
, as one of the 10 finalists. Currently the same script is shortlisted for the
Filmförderpreis
, which aims to promote joint co-productions between Eastern European Countries and Germany.
He was a participant of
Sources 2
script development workshop in 2005 with his feature film script
Revolving
. Together with a producer from France, whom he met at the Talent Campus they have applied with Revolving for this year’s
Talent Project Market
