Dániel Béres Born in 1975 in Budapest. Graduated from the Eötvös Loránd University of Budapest in 2001. He has directed 3 documentaries and a short film entitled Pater-noster, which was screening at several international film festivals throughout the world. He was a participant of the 3rd Berlinale Talent Campus as a director in 2005. His short film script Mortar, was selected for the summer campus of the Berlin Today Award, as one of the 10 finalists. Currently the same script is shortlisted for the Filmförderpreis, which aims to promote joint co-productions between Eastern European Countries and Germany. He was a participant of Sources 2 script development workshop in 2005 with his feature film script Revolving. Together with a producer from France, whom he met at the Talent Campus they have applied with Revolving for this year’s Talent Project Market.
